Eligibility Criteria
Foundation scholars (youth in foster care or residential child welfare facilities, youth leaving care, and students with a North Korean background)
Middle and high school students or youth leaving care recommended by local welfare facilities
Marginalized individuals exposed to domestic violence or abuse residing in migrant women's or single-parent shelters
